Light weight, easy to use

I have numerous Worx products. I love them all and being to use the same battery and don’t have to have a bunch of different chargers is a plus. Because they are lightweight is a plus for me because I am an 80 year old widow with big yard and do most myself. I highly recommend this edger.

Annoying telescope height adjustment on all 4 of my edger trimmer machines have now failed. Adjuster does not lock.A major flaw without any adjuster or tightening to sustain a workable height. 4 machines purchased all defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Handle adjust is frustratingly cumbersome

I’ve been using worx tools for over 15 years. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with an updated design. The handle requires 2 hands to adjust. The older model was a pull lever that could adjust with the one hand, keeping the work flow seamless. Unless you’re dealing with a very level property, this quickly becomes extremely frustrating. I have a very hilly property and this is just killing me… PLEASE go back to the old handle adjust design!!!

Best design but cheap string that breaks regularly

Love the overall design. I have 3 pro edger string trimmers and all are heavy and difficult to use. Im 6’1 and work out but those others wear me out. Unfortunately, the string they use on the Works unit is pure crap. Ive had 3 Works trimmers for 10 years now and all have the same problem. Most of the time the string breaks within a few minutes and you have to pull it all apart and restring it. They tell u you can get string free for life, but you still pay for shipping, so it is cheaper to order it on line…. Too bad they cant smarten up and put heavier stronger line in these. If they did, it would be hands down the best trimmer available. I like mine but cuss the company out every time the string breaks…which is about every 5 minutes or so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Auto Feed Not Working

I have to take the cap off to feed the line by hand ever 15-20 seconds. Spring looks good and so does the cap. Frustrating!
