SURPRISINGLY EFFECTIVE TOOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a user with a long history with gas trimmers......and never an electic......the WG170.3 has proven to be a suprisingly effectve tool My main intent was to usie it as a wheeled edger, but I honestlty didn't expect the comparatively thin, single-lead trimmer line to effectively hack through the overgrown grass and soil (while surviving the continuous impact with the sidewalk edge). But working gradually, the WG170.3 has provided me a nice clean edge.....and better yet, I still haven't had to advance any new line after about th first 25LF of edging. And to top it off, the battery indicator stilll shows a full two segments of power !!!! Looking forward to finishing off the remaining roughly 80LF of edging this time, and in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My second WORX String Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer/edger is light weight but tough. Easy to use and very reliable. That's why i bought another one. I use it almost every week and it has never let me down. Plenty of power to cut even thick grass. Leaves a nice edge on patio, sidewalk, drive way, etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a trimmer/edger. I like the fact there is no gas to buy and your not tethered to an extension cord.

I bought this trimmer to replace a black and decker one that died. I like the way you can let out line and I like the battery life. It seems to run a lot longer on a charge.

I used it today. It was very lightweight. The edges were very clean and precise. I like it being cordless don't have worry about a electric cord

Love my weed eater

I bought this a month ago & I love it. I’m 65 years old and this is exactly what I needed after my next door neighbor showed me hers. It’s lightweight & very easy to use. It would be really great if it came with a strap because I have A LOT of weed eating to do & my arms do get tired. Thank you for a great product!
