Review of the Peak Design Travel Duffel 35L (Sage)
The Peak Design Travel Duffel 35L in Sage is an outstanding blend of style, durability, and functionality. This bag is the perfect companion for weekend getaways, gym sessions, or as a versatile carry-on for longer trips.
The minimalist design is both elegant and practical. The sage color is subtle yet distinctive, adding a touch of sophistication to the rugged build. The bag’s weatherproof 400D nylon canvas fabric feels incredibly durable while maintaining a lightweight profile, and the high-quality zippers and hardware are built to last.
What truly sets this duffel apart is its versatility. With its 35L capacity, it strikes the perfect balance between spaciousness and portability. The wide top opening allows easy access to the main compartment, and the multiple internal and external pockets provide excellent organization. Whether you’re packing clothes, shoes, or tech, everything has its place.
Carrying the duffel is a breeze, thanks to the multiple carrying options. The padded shoulder strap is comfortable for longer journeys, while the reinforced grab handles on all sides make it easy to pick up and move around. The thoughtful design even includes attachment points for Peak Design’s packing cubes or camera gear, making it adaptable to a variety of needs.
Overall, the Peak Design Travel Duffel 35L in Sage is an exceptional bag for anyone seeking a stylish, functional, and durable travel companion. It’s a true testament to Peak Design’s commitment to quality and innovation.
It was a bit of a leap in faith to order it online despite never having seen it except in pictures in the PD website. But all fears were put to rest when this duffel was put to the test during my weekend R&R. The outside pockets were so handy and they could hold just about everything; toiletries, phone, passport, souvenirs, other small stuff. One nice discovery was that one could lock each pocket by pushing the zip head through a hidden slot that opens through to the inside of the duffel and and then securing it from the inside. Brilliant. Another nice touch was to be able to re-attach the tote handles to the additional loops so that they become straps. The main compartment could hold my camera cube and a week's wardrobe change. On top of all this, this duffel looks really cool. So, even though it is not the most budget friendly, I have no regrets buying this. Thanks, PD. This one's awesome, and looking for more great stuff from you.
The colors on your product photos for the coyote bags are off! The color is very different - more golden/copperish and with a lot of shine. I love the product, but was very disappointed with the color.
This duffle bag is great. The Coyote color is beautiful and super durable. The price is great for this bag—it's one of the more affordable models from PD. The amount of storage and the versatility of how one can carry it are great. I love all of the side pockets. The function of this bag is front and center, but the form and design of the bag is a very close second. I highly recommend it and the PD products in general.
Bought a mont ago. Best decision I could have made. Never had a bag that is this good. When it arrived it seemed a bit small, but boy was I wrong. Its spacious, excellently built and also looks very sleek and stylish. I would definitely reccomend if you are considering buying.
I bought this for my son for his weekend travels. He wanted a more hybrid bag and found this one. We had shopped here previously for cell phone accessories and thought why not give the bags a try. My son was impressed with the support and how easy it was to pack and organize his gear. He liked the sturdiness of the material and how it held up to being tossed around.
Just a PSA for everyone who is stupid enough to run this duffel over with their car (not that I know anyone like that): aside from a little dirt, it does not care, and is fully operational. Or so I've heard.
