An Exceptionally purposeful Duffel.

Like everything Peak Design makes, this will exceed your expectations. It’s quality, and comfy, the straps work nicely, and the leather accents look great. There are multiple ways to carry it, sling it, throw it on like a backpack, or grab it on the nice leather handle with your hand.
As for size, It has enough room for me pack at least for ten days. I highly recommend using packing cubes to get the best out of it.
The only con is the price, but being organized on a trip and the build quality is definitely worth it. I’m looking forward to getting many years of use out of it.

Great quality, organization, style

I have gotten so many compliments while using this 35L sage duffel. It's a distinct look that looks clean. Materials feel high quality and durable. The duffel does have a bit more width to it than I thought, which is great for capacity but may take some adjusting to aesthetically when you first get it (when most people see it from the side though you cannot tell).
My last duffel had almost not organization. This duffel has good balance between the side pockets having small organization details while the main compartment and large side pockets maintaining the focus on holding larger objects. This duffel swallows up so much volume, yet looks sleek still especially when the magnetic sides are folded down.
My only gripe is with the handles - the magnets are too weak to be functional and the shape of the leather does cut into your hands a bit.

I love everything I've ever bought from Peak Design (and I've bought a lot), but this duffel bag stands out. It's simple — not bells or whistles — but it's solid, the material feels great, and it's just the right size.

Best Duffel Bag I Ever Had!

Bought the duffel around a month ago, travelled already several times with it. It is the same perfect quality and ingenuity like the every day bag that I own and compliments it perfectly. I also own the tech pouch, wash pouch and a packing cubes set...the perfect setup for travels for up to 3 or 4 days.

Surprisingly Durable

Got the Sage 65L and then went kayak camping shortly after and decided to take the this duffel on its maiden voyage rather than shell out for a huge submersible dry bag. It held everything I needed for 2 nights camping on a reservoir (tent, sleeping bag/pad, food, water, clothes, chair, etc.) It was a mix of car camping stuff and backpacking stuff that weighed about 40lbs total, and the bag held it no sweat. Very comfortable to carry.
What REALLY surprised me was the durability. Almost immediately after loading this in the kayak, I tipped the boat getting in. Now, sure, this isn't submersible. Stuff on the inside got wet when the entire bag went under water for about 10 seconds. But once the bag dried, it was no worse for wear. It still looked great, still functioned perfectly, and went right back to being water RESISTANT (splashes are fine, submersing not so much). The tougher nylon on the bottom and sides also held up extremely well to plopping it in the rocky dirt over and over again.
This thing took a pounding this weekend, and it still looks brand new. Highly recommended!
