I bought it a month ago. I love the versatility of the bag and clever storage solutions. It’s thoughtfully made.

Stylish and options!

This bag is very stylish, and if you like the minimalistic look and style it’s great! The convertible inside with dividers is a great concept and *can* work well.
I primarily purchased for traveling with my gear (not necessarily everyday shooting), or day out excursions with my family when I want my camera too.
Things I would change or wish it had:
- place for a water bottle (mesh pocket that pulls out or something?)
- more front pockets. I understand the overall design- but would definitely use another small pocket for better organization. Slim pocket out front for phone?
- it’s pretty rigid- which is good for gear protection for sure- but makes for a pretty stiff feel.
- I wish the dividers folded both directions
- wish it maybe came with a little cheat sheet of divider configurations for carrying with gear…as I have struggled a bit trying to find best configuration for where to put dividers…but I’m sure with time I’ll figure out best.
Overall great concept though and looks great!

I love this bag more than you love your kids

I got this bag as a gift in December and I absolutely adore it. It is so delightfully over-designed and anticipates my needs perfectly. I especially love the little anchor loops which I use to strap down extra jackets instead of carrying them in hand or stuffing the bag itself. I don’t always use the velcro dividers since I’m not toting camera gear or anything, but I do love putting one in vertically so that it holds a water bottle up against the side zipper. I really like that the top closes securely whether you opt to use the zipper or the magnetic closure. I don’t know what to say; it’s just every little thing. I love it.

Amazing bag! Only one minor issue...

I love my bag! It's my favorite backpack I've ever owned! My on critique is that the magnet that can hold together the tote handles at the top of the bag never actually keeps the handle together when I put it on my back. It immediately loses attraction. Not a huge deal, but I wish the magnet was strong enough to keep the handles together at all times. It would look just a little sleeker on my back. Otherwise, no issues!

Looks Great but a Bit Impractical

I've been using this bag since 2019, and mostly use it for traveling. I have to say it's a great looking bag and it doesn't look giant on me, even though I'm 5'3". But, I'd have to rate it 3.5 stars and here's why:
1. The handle at the top is not long enough. It's fine for quickly picking it up before slinging it over your shoulder, but it's too short to wear it around your elbow. It defeats the point of it being a "tote" pack.
2. It feels very tight when you open the sides. I'm not carrying much gear... usually my a6400, 2 small lenses, and a gorillapod. But as soon as I add a Macbook, it becomes hard to open the bag and hard to add extra things to the front pocket.
3. There is a lip at the bottom. I assume this is to stop things from accidentally sliding out. But because of this, it's very difficult to put things in and out of the bottom section.
4. There are no shoulder or waste straps to lighten the load, so the pack feels heavy and uncomfortable after a few hours walking around (even with very little in it).
Overall, I love the look of the backpack, but it just doesn't feel that practical to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

CLEVER. GORGEOUS. DURABLE.

I travel for work and needed a backpack that could handle flights and be sleek enough to bring to professional meetings. And WOW. This is so beautiful. Keeps my laptop and gear safe and dry during the rain, the little features and adaptable little straps and clasps just have me so giddy like it’s all very well thought out! When I wondered, “huh, how can I secure these side zips?” VOILA! You can secure them in the bottom little straps on the bag. It’s like they predicted exactly what I would need!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. This totepack is both stylish and functional, making it the perfect accessory for a variety of occasions.
The design of the totepack is also a standout feature. The sleek, minimalist look pairs well with a variety of outfits, making it a versatile accessory that I can use year-round. The durable material also ensures that the bag will last for years to come.

Great bag but a little small

I want this bag to be perfect for me but it isn't quite there. I agree with what a few others have said about the 20L seeming pretty tight compared to other 20L bags. I'm small and wanted a backpack that could function as the only bag I took on trips--and I just can't make it work with this bag. Four stars feels a little harsh and I would go 4.5 if I could!
If you are truly using this as an every day or camera bag I think you'll love it. I found, compared to other PD items, a little lacking in organization and I haven't ended up using the dividers as they seemed to occupy precious space.
However, I love the laptop and tablet compartments, the design looks awesome, and the straps on the outside are a lifesaver when I have dared to squash it all into one bag--I just strap stuff to the outside, which particularly for the PD tech pouch works perfectly.
The white obviously gets dirty easily but cleans up pretty well. Super comfortable to wear and extremely well made.
No need for leather handles and accents PD :)
