Small but mighty

I had a defective version of this bag and Peak Design replaced it with a refurb which I thought was very cool. I wasn't sure how much of a chance I was going to give the replacement because I had some issues with the original, but this bag has a lot of style and after admiring it's good looks on the shelf, I decided to try again.
It's not perfect but it is cool. I find it feels very small (smaller than its 20L suggest) and is sometimes hard to access things inside, but the flex fold dividers give a lot of flexibility. The front pocket is very small. The tiny slash pockets are big enough for an SD card and that's about it. But I use it for a laptop, camera, extra lens, Filofax, and a tech pouch plus a few tiny items in the front pocket. Everything feels really protected and I love the zipper locks.
I just wish it was a little bit easier to access stuff, a few more larger pockets, and I REALLY wish it came with a shoulder strap you could put over your shoulder. I don't find that i'd carry it by the hand straps much except from house to car and it'd nice for a shoulder strap to make the tote style more functional. I think there may be a way to hack one but it would probably not be super stylish...maybe a Slide strap?
Finally, I do love Peak Design as a company and trust them and their gear.

Up to now (3 weeks after purchase) perfectly happy with the buy and product is matching every description. Even my huuuge 17inch 6 years old laptop, obviously not in the notebook compartment though :)

Perfect to keeps your belongings organized

One of the things that I like the most about Peak Design is how much thought they put into their products to make them functional and aesthetically pleasing. I love how I can customized the compartments and make everything fit and stay tidy and organized, but also protected from rainy weather. I also love that even completely full the totepack remains "flat" and not bulky, like a regular backpack.

Stylish and functional

I love the look of the tote and its functionality. The material doesn't feel as nice as I was hoping, but I guess that's because it's waterproof. I also wish the handles went up a little higher, so I could put them on my shoulder. Other than that, I love the side zippers and thoughtful touches that went into this tote and have received many compliments already.

Just what I was looking for

I love it! It's compact, fits great on the back, looks very durable and the white version has a more feminine style that I love. I'm wondering how I will manage dirt on the exterior material. I will write a more complete review when used enough to say something more.

A good-looking & useful bag for girls

I am back to school lately, so I need a backpack that is big enough for the books but at the same time not too big since I'm just 1.6 meters tall. The size of this totepack is perfect to me. Even I carry it as a tote bag, it still won't touch the ground. 2020 is not a year for traveling but I am looking forward to take it on a trip.
The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the bone color still get dirty easily.
Anyone who really care about this point, I suggest to choose a darker color. But to be honest it is really a beautiful color.

Bags are amazing

This is my go to for everyday work bag. I have gotten compliments from women who love the color and style. This bag can definitely fit my 11-15” laptop. The magnetic top is convenient since it's easier to access things from the top. The zipped sides are convenient for reaching items towards the bottom of your bag is sectioned . Quality and style is a solid 5/5

This tote backpack is one of the best bag I have own as a photographer and film maker. The attention to details is very Impressive and easy access to gears very thoughtful design approach. Highly recommended! The customer service was amazing when I needed a replacement. Communication was easy and straightforward and I finally got the replacement! You guys are doing incredible work at Peak design! ❤️
