So soothing

Very meh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was weighted and felt nice just to have around my shoulders. But when I plugged it in and tried the massage and heat, I felt no heat and the massager was so deep inside the padding that it did nothing for my neck and shoulders. To me it’s unnecessary I only liked the weighted aspect.

Relaxing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this so much more than I anticipated, the heating pad with the massage is so relaxing after a long shift of handling medical trays. I do a lot of lifting so my shoulder neck area tends to be sore at the end of my shift, and this massager helps tremendously! You can choose between a constant and a pulsating massage or do without it completely and have a heating pad! Definitely looking into more products the brand has to offer.

The massage could be deeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought this product was ok. The massaging could be a bit deeper and tougher. It’s essentially a vibrating vest. I wouldn’t purchase for myself but a nice tool for relaxing.

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good vibration but not the best massage. I work in front of a computer all day long and at the end of the day I have a lot of pain in my back, neck and shoulder. I was excited about this product but doesn’t work as good as I expected.

I wish the massage was a little more pressured but overall it's a fantastic item to have to work on your shoulders and neck! Would highly recommend! The heat is just enough where you don't get hot because of the amount of heat it puts off. It's perfect!

Great heat pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this shoulder pad mostly for the heating effects. The massage factor of this device is not that great. It’s not very weighted, so you have to press it up against your shoulders and, even then, it mostly just vibrates. The vibration makes me a little itchy, so that’s a little inconvenient. I definitely plan on using this for this for the heat pack.
