Electric cord has frayed is a replacement availabl

I've had this for several years and it helps my back and my neck. It relaxes me so that I can nap easily .
My only problem is that the cord that goes from the massager to the outlet has frayed badly at that connection. The connection to the massager. It plugs in to the massager and would be easily replaceable.....if I could find a replacement for it!!! Look at the picture and you will see the cord dangling down.....it fits into that short cord. This week it completely stopped working and when we looked we saw that it was frayed at that juncture. I'm glad it stopped working and I didn't get a shock! But I would sure like to replace it!

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my spouse and after approximately 4 uses, it no longer stays on for more than a minute, it just shuts off. Turn it on, sit back to relax and a minute later it just stops. It worked beautifully out of the box, heat was good, massage settings were nice was really impressed until today, 2 days later!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore this. I suffer from shoulder and neck pain due to multiple sclerosis as well as issues in my cervical spine. The heat and vibration really do the job to help relieve the pain. I like that it has an easy detach, too often you find yourself getting up for something and the cord grabs everything making a giant mess. Definitely recommend this.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really hoping this product would be great but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The massage feature is just two vibrating points on the back pad that can't be adjusted. The only setting that is even worth having it on is the high setting and still that's not that high. I gave it a two star because the heating setting is not bad, similar to having a disposable heating pad .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product as I frequently have neck and shoulder pain at the end of the day after sitting at my desk. I have a similar massager that works with heat and vibration so I knew I would like it, I enjoyed being able to put this over my shoulders, since it gave a lot more attention directly to my neck and shoulders. I thought the vibration and heat could’ve been a little bit stronger for my taste, but others might enjoy the more gentle pressure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so surprised and happy about getting this sample. I’ve used it every day since it has arrived and I love it. The only thing I would say would be that it would be great if the massagers moved in circles but that’s not a deal breaker. The heating element feels really good and it’s just a pretty awesome product.

Great for light pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This design is made for light massage in the shoulders and neck. For this reason, I would recommend using before or after a workout or headache. It’s great to leave on as you get ready! You do have to leave it plugged in so just be aware of that. The warmth helps loosen muscles.
