Good Light Saw

I bought this saw in preparation for building a deck. The saw has great features and works well, but it is not very powerful. It will cut a 2x4 easily, but struggled with a 2x6, and completely stopped while trying to cut a 2x12 for stair stringers. I bought a cheap wired saw for the bigger wood and use the Worx for the smaller stuff. It is easier to maneuver without the cord, but it does not have a lot of power. It turns out to be kind of expensive, then, when you have to buy two saws.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As good or better than a plug in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and so far, it's out performing any plug in saw I've ever had. I can use it anywhere without having to deal with a cord to plug in. To me, the power is just as much as the others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for Father's Day and just used it for the first time on one of my projects. It is great! easy set up up and precise cut on where you line up your guide board. NO TRACK NEEDED, so great. I can use any straight piece of board I have laying around and line it up with the line I want to make my cut and g at it. piece of cake! Just wish it had the safety button on both sides of the handle because I'm left handed.

Good saw for what little I have used it. Instruction manual was real short on details.Do like the key is secured to the saw.
