VERY handy since no cord. Not quite as powerful as a corded one, naturally since it's powered by a battery. Superb for using where there is no electricity! Does the job nicely.

I have bought over ten worx tools over the past fifteen years. I recently bought the exact tract circular saw and really love it. Not only does it always cut straight on a line but as soon as your cut is done and you let go of the trigger it stops the saw blade immediately , not to mention that because it is worx it operates off a battery and not a cord . I give it 2 thumbs up. The only negative thing I have to say is I use to buy a lot of things using the three payments plan and now you don't seem to offer this anymore which has limited me from buying other tools. It will also handcuff me in the future as I am now on disability .
