disappointing new gen

not what was expected. new device needed 3+ updates within a day one after another, track pad would left click about every 10 clicks on its own without double or left clicking. very disappointed

It is normal to install updates since Microsoft rolls out updates periodically. Keeping Windows, drivers and applications updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance.

If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. While accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, clearing internet cache or browsing history will improve system performance.



If the touchpad issue persisted after installing all updated, we recommend to send the laptop in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. Thin, powerful, battery life.

Thin light powerful and great battery life when you need it. It’s a great package that doesn’t look to flashy. The keyboard and ports have all you need while the screen tops it off as well for having an amazing view at 120hz while also being a touch display. Asus really outdid themselves with this one. I wish I had the option to push it harder but that’d only make it more loud. I wish I got mine In white I got the more powerful grey option but I feel it looks like concrete. While it’s a nice tough and clean looking finish, I’m afraid my kids will think they can step on it.
