Retrofit is awful.

Retrofitting the system to natural gas is awful. Removing the propane orifice to replace with natural gas broke the casting on the back of the gas valve. Seems cheaply made which is disappointing. Now have to wait to talk to customer service to get a new one. Not a great initial experience
