Grill came delivered with a part welded wrong

The leg of the brand new griddle has a part welded 90 degrees incorrectly so it can’t be properly assembled

A peg to place the griddle onto the stand was not welded on straight. This made it impossible to complete the install. Very frustrating after an hour of putting it together to find the last piece doesn't fit. The skewed peg was very obvious and should have been caught before shipping.

Disappointing but hopefully

Only 3 of my 4 burners work, the gas valve on the 4th doesn’t let gas through. I seasoned it and used it with just half of it heated and it was great but still doesn’t dismiss the fact that the grill isn’t working 100% and is brand new.

No hole pre drilled on left leg so the lpg support can be affixed. Unacceptable. Have to wait on new leg or drill a hole myself, I chose the latter.

Just purchased this combo set put together the griddle and only two of the burners work. I tried resetting the regulator a new propane tank still same issue submitted a support form still having heard from them.

Disappointed when I saw my griddle for the first time! Looked like someone had pieced the box back together and loosely taped it back up, almost like they wanted to just ship the messed up griddle out as to not loose the sale! Just my opinion not a fact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You’ll wonder how you’ve gone this long without one after using it. The sky is the limit with this thing. So far I’ve only used it twice, but having the ability to cook everything you need in one surface is an absolute game changer. If you’re in the fence about getting one, pull the trigger already. You will NOT regret it. Life will never be the same again and that’s for the better. Excellent product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
