Love the griddle but reveived no knobs are screws so now going on almost a month before I can even use it. Spent the amount I did this is very disappointing

I’m just registering my new griddle, but it wants a review like I’ve been using it for awhile. Assembly was simple. Seasoning takes about an hour and 20 minutes to get the whole griddle covered. Looking forward to using it in place of the griddle on grille I’ve used for years. Very satisfied with the temperature it can get to.

Don't store it outside even with the cover

We LOVED this grill. Started with a small one, and it was so great we sold it and bought the 36" We also bought ALL the accessories, included the made-to-fit cover as it would live outside until we build our outdoor kitchen shelter.
Its been a chilly and busy spring, so we only just pulled the cover off this weekend. To our shocked dismay, the body of the unit is rusting away!
Now we get if we didn't thouroughly season the griddle surface before storage (pretty sure we did though) but the cover and body of the bbq is rusting beyond belief.
Why is the body not powder coated? Or made of stainless steel?
We will never buy one of these again unless they change the construction.
The 2 stars is because we truly loved the massive griddle cooking surface.
