Assembly

There were two screws that would not thread all the way. My husband is a machinist so we were not cross threading. We chose not to get it assembled because we wanted to ensure it was assembled correctly. That was annoying, but I’m looking forward to using it!

I haven’t used this one, but we used one up at a cabin we stayed at and absolutely loved it! Party of 9 (2 families) and we were able to cook 2 packages of bacon in about 10 mins! So it drove us to buy our own!

Great value and quality

Arrived in great shape and was easy to assemble my only issue is that I had ordered a natural gas conversion kit with it which shipped separately from the griddle 2 days later so I have not been able to use it yet. This is a relatively minor issue it just doesn’t make sense to ship out the griddle separate from the gas supply. Overall quality is good and shipping was fast and once the conversion kit arrives I look forward to seasoning it and starting to use it.
