I’m not a follower but it felt we were missing out seeing all our family and friends with a Blackstone grill, soon as we fired our new Blackstone up we were hooked, we feel like professional chefs! My husband also loved the bottle opener!

So far I love this Blackstone, had it for about a week. I used Blackstone Betty’s method for seasoning, worked great. I’m still learning how to get the correct temperatures, I have noticed that if you have all burners on high, the side farthest from the tank will be a lower temperature. Let me note that it’s still plenty hot for any cooking or searing, 500+. Like I said, I’m still learning and I’ve cooked mostly on low temps. Once I get better, I’ll crank her up. Overall very pleased so far.
