I love this griddle! I’ve made several things on it already, the best had to be Philly cheesesteaks last night. Looking forward to many fun cooks on this thing!

I just purchased today so all I can say is assembly way very simple, everything aligned and went together very well. However I did find during the final step of assembly that the hood was bent. Will contact the seller tomorrow and see how the claim goes. Will update review once I get the damage claim settled.
