Love my new blackstone but…

Once going, there is none other. The issue I have is I have to turn off the burners and turn them back one because it doesn’t go full high heat in the beginning.

After buying this and converting it to Natural Gas to take advantage of a dropped line on my back patio, I fired this up the first time.
Made to tostada's and hash browns on different burners. It worked really well and it heated up pretty quick.
Excited to keep using it for other things, especially fried rice
