So far after seasoning and cooking a couple meals on the griddle it is absolutely the way I cook. Im no chef but this thing makes making great meals easy and quick! Love it!

If you are on the fence between a Blackstone and a gas grill, buy the Blackstone. So many more uses. I use this thing all the time. Loved my gas grill, but the griddle is a culinary machine.

The Blackstone model 2322 makes me look good. I am a novice and the Blackstone as never let me make a mistake, everything is wonderful on this grill. Love it

Disappointing but hopefully

Only 3 of my 4 burners work, the gas valve on the 4th doesn’t let gas through. I seasoned it and used it with just half of it heated and it was great but still doesn’t dismiss the fact that the grill isn’t working 100% and is brand new.
