Fantastic Grill for Family Cookouts

Cooked the entire family meal on my new griddle without open flames burning the burgers and was able to cook the whole meal at the same time due to the size of the griddle. Can't wait to use it for breakfast and summer parties.

This is my second Blackstone. Didn’t like the first one at all and sold it. It was the original design with no wind guards and no hood. Weather conditions had to be perfect to use it. I was recently in a store and saw that Blackstone has upgraded everything I didn’t like originally. I have high hopes for the new improvements and look forward to cooking on it. Just finished seasoning it so maybe tomorrow.
