Bought mine assembled, legs and wheels a little weak but overall a nice griddle. Only used 3 times so far. Fun and fast cooking

Seasoning and first cook (breakfast tacos) went well enough. I used the Blackstone seasoning in a jar which worked pretty well. I wish they would use an oil other than palm for ethical reasons. Following the online YouTube video made for an easy enough process.
