Great griddle

I love the griddle and all the things that come with it. In the design I wish the handle and the moving wheels were on the end with the paper towel holder. As well as there should be another support on the bottom besides just the shelf. My son saw the thumb knobs to take the shelf out and the whole Blackstone smashed down since the wheels moved without the shelf. But I love this griddle a high quality to put everything to cook. I love to have it out of my house especially in Summer and outdoor season.
