Haven't used it yet as I just got it last night, I have seen these amazing griddles in action though and know what to expect. I can say when putting this things together I was very impressed with the hardware. Heavy duty and durable.

We absolutely love the grill, it cooks the food nicely, can’t wait to do a big full breakfast on it.
The only thing we have an issue with is there isn’t enough shielding to prevent the burners from blowing out.
