Love my Blackstone

I’ve been cooking on a 22 inch for about five years… Just never seems big enough so I bit the bullet and bought a 36 inch for burner. I’m so excited. I can’t wait to use it. It’s great for everything you can think of… French toast, pancake, sausage, bacon, hamburgers, hotdogs, cinnamon rolls, eggs, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, Steaks and more … This model has a place to hang your tools… A roll of paper towels… Extend out a shelf to help aid you and your cooking and then each side has collapsible shelves
I will use this every day, especially when I have the grandkids keeps the heat out of the kitchen the mess out of the kitchen. I think the only thing is you have to prep all your stuff first and then take it outside.
