Haven't used it yet so I can't give a accurate review other than the flange on the inside front of the hood was bent. The material is a little thin.

Just got this griddle and out it together. Instructions were easy to follow and with the help of others it went by fast. Haven’t used it yet for cooking but seasoning as we type
