Lightweight Baby! Assembly Day Was a Piece of Cake 💪

Yeah buddy! This 36" Blackstone with the Carnivore Griddle came together faster than Ronnie Coleman loading a bar for squats. Assembly was straightforward, clear instructions, and I had it up and ready to cook in no time; none of that, "everybody wants to be a griddle owner, nobody wants to do the assembly" struggles were found here.
With a family of six, including two teenage athletes who eat like they're bulking for a powerlifting meet, I needed serious griddle real estate, and this thing delivers. Breakfast for a small army, post-practice protein-loaded dinners, the works. My kids are already asking for "one more scoop" of everything coming off this griddle, and honestly, I don't hate it.
If you're feeding a house full of hungry humans and want a griddle that assembles easy and cooks like a champion, this is a no-brainer. Come on, get up, and get griddling; everybody wants to grill big, nobody wants to skip flavor day.

I bought this black-stone as a gift for my dad, same day I brought it to him. I didn’t drop it or bump it- when putting it together for him I noticed the left top side of the hood is completely dented. I will be trying and wanting to get sent a new hood.
