Awesome sauce

We bought our griddle mostly for keeping the bacon and meat smoke out of our house. It’s been amazing for burgers, steak, chicken, veggies, and… basically everything. I was diligent in seasoning the griddle from the start and it has been shockingly nonstick. I use frizzle high heat oil and it seems to work well. Happy griddling!
