Failed to ignite or stay lit

After assembly and hooking up propane (with damaged paper towel holder and lid handle), went to season the griddle - igniter did not work, but lit by hand. Burners stayed on high for about two minutes before going to low and then getting blown out. Reset coupling to propane tank, tried again, same result. Did everything again, same result. Looks nice, just doesn’t work at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The third burner does not have as large a flame as the other three so the seasoning process isn’t equal all around.
