Faulty regulator valve

We just assembled our grill and unfortunately, the regular valve is faulty and will need to be replaced. Otherwise, really like the grill.

The grill looks cool but we have not been able to use it. We hooked up the gas as the grilled made a humming sound and smelled like propane. After a quick google we already need a new regulator hose and in order to activate my warranty to get a new hose they make you write a review.
