The new griddle has a depression and looks like welding slag under seasoning, definitely never was looked at by quality control

Problem with conversion to natural gas

Read all reviews they claim it was easy to convert to natural gas. We’re having a problem. When we took out the little nipples, one broke in the hole and is stuck in there. Can’t get it out. I don’t know why you have to make it so difficult to convert the bbq. I spent a lot of money & it’s frustrating. I’m not happy. I would have been happy buying a natural gas bbq, but you were sold out on every natural gas bbq!
