The first night we got our Blackstone and got it all put together. We made fajitas on it and it was absolutely fabulous and have used it for breakfast and dinner since.

Purchased as a Memorial Day bundle with the pizza oven. Just assembled and the only issue is the griddle does not sit flush on the stand as it is supposed to. We are going to have to use some washers to get it to sit flush otherwise it wobbles diagonally. It is almost like something is warped.
