Great overall, but the propane regulator

Excited about our new Blackstone!

So far so good. The griddle has two imperfections right out of the box on the cooktop but we are really hoping it doesn’t cause issues. Too much trouble to package it all up and try to return it. The surface is scratched off. Seasoning it now and hoping that locks everything in. Excited to get cooking

Hood and shelf are amazing. Grease trap is too small and legs are wobbly. Also 1 knob is loose and falls off sometimes.
