Awesome sauce

We bought our griddle mostly for keeping the bacon and meat smoke out of our house. It’s been amazing for burgers, steak, chicken, veggies, and… basically everything. I was diligent in seasoning the griddle from the start and it has been shockingly nonstick. I use frizzle high heat oil and it seems to work well. Happy griddling!

It’s a perfect size, it did come with the hood bent and hard to open but other than that not too bad to put together.
