Great, but the build quality on some parts is not good. Putting the side table together and one of the bolt holes bent quite easily.

I’ve heard so much about the Blackstone Griddle. I actually cooked on my brother-in-laws once. That’s all it took to convince me that I had to have one. Bought it and can’t wait to begin cooking for our family!!!

Assembly Manual

No assembly manual was included in the box. Not too big of an issue as I was able to locate one online and likely could have figured out how to assemble. Just expect better for the money spent. It’s fully assembled now, just need to add some seasoning to omnivore griddle and give it a try!
