Issue with left burner

There’s a blockage in the left burner. Burner can sometimes be temporarily lit, but flame is faint for only an moment and only down a little of the burner.
It is not a problem with the igniter
The burner tube is not blocked
The other burners have no issues
Opening/closing the air gate gives no relief or change

36 inch griddle

Very nice. But there is a pin hole in the hood from the welding on the x bracket on the inside
