Have used my 36 inch Blackstone a couple times since receiving as a gift. Easy to start and clean. Large surface area and even cooking temperatures for just about any meal idea.

36” Griddle with hood

Just put my new Blackstone 36” griddle together.
Stoned the surface, washed it clean and seasoned it 4 times followed by frying a batch of onions. The flattop came out great. Can’t wait to cook a meal, very happy.
