It's just practical hands down. Just makes it easy to cook for a large family. Now the only time I use my kitchen is to bake. Highly recommend just a great griddle all around.

Lots of good stuff, paper towel holder has to go. Went in the house for a few minutes and most of my paper towel was unrolled.

Had fun cooking first meal on it (burgers, fries, onions and peppers). Tasted great! A little concerned with some of the random noises coming from the burners.

Love it. I still have a grill that I use for certain things, but I use the Blackstone for most things now... Smashburgers!
