The back panel on the grill is bent, the parts card had tape holding in the bolts and washers making me feel the grill had been returned
Disappointed as I paid a lot of money for your product

Great griddle
on July 29, 2024

We bought the members mark griddle a few years. We never really loved it. Decided to get the BlackStone and see if it made a difference,
boy does it! Cooks the food way more evenly than the off brand griddle. Highly recommend this griddle.

Just got this griddle and I can’t wait to use it! Only gave it four stars though because the finish on the shelf peeled off with the stickers!
