We’re excited to try a new way of outdoor cooking. Only complaint the main griddle didn’t sit flush on the base. Had to shim with 3 washers to get the griddle to not rock back and forth on the base.

Got our Blackstone, very easy to put together, it works like a charm, we love trying new foods and changing up dinner time with almost a hibachi type feel to it!
