burner isn’t working

36” Omnivore with X braced hood

I have only used my new Blackstone a handful of times, but it has been everything. I was hoping it would be. After getting it seasoned, I have used it and cooked several meals and they have all turned out great. I like the even heat and the large cooking surface. It also heats up rather quickly!

The box looked like it had been through a war but luckily the unit was in good shape. Assembly was easy and have only cooked one meal on it but it was good.
