The 36 inch griddle is easy to put together and a breeze to use bbq don’t even compare to griddles I started with a off name brand griddle and had to level up and black stone was the way to go!!!

The build quality was a little less than I was expecting. The first thing I noticed was the griddle was warped when I first assembled it. I tried heating it to stress relieve it which helped a little. The second was the lid is rubbing on the right side of the griddle which is not very good. I seasoned it up and I’ll see how it works.
