Easy set up with clear instructions and mostly can be done by one person. So nice to be able to cook everything at once quickly, all four burners heat evenly. Super easy clean and re-season. The shelves are handy, wouldn’t want to put anything super heavy on them but fine for holding condiments or plates. I definitely recommend.

Once I seasoned the grill life took on the whole meaning. sliced potatoes took a few minutes to fry, the steak was nearly over cooked in 6-7 minutes. Very tender delicious. Salmon cooked very quickly. So happy with my new toy

Defective griddle top.

Assembled 36” Blackstone griddle and noticed griddle top was wobbling when lid was open and closed before it was ever used. Noticed back of griddle was dented in near grease discharge area. Also noticed lid was rubbing on left side of griddle cover because griddle was bend outward there as well. Poor quality control from factory.
