Burners won’t light

Just received my griddle and only the first burner will ignite. Regulator sounds like it’s sucking air and First burner has flareups when the other burners are turned on.

Defective parts out of box

Just putting together my first Blackstone purchase. The holes for the acorn nuts are slightly off to where the nuts rub the side trying to tighten them down, and the shelf hooks has a missing washer and one of the hooks itself isn’t even threaded to accept the wing nut

Starter does not work

The button to light the griddle has no effect. So I had to come up with a tricky way to do it since the propane thing is deep inside the workings. Other than that, this thing cooks very well, but I have yet to find a reason to use it (other than to test it out) because a frying pan is so much easier. Basically a waste of space and money. And time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Year round must have

Easy set up with clear instructions and mostly can be done by one person. So nice to be able to cook everything at once quickly, all four burners heat evenly. Super easy clean and re-season. The shelves are handy, wouldn’t want to put anything super heavy on them but fine for holding condiments or plates. I definitely recommend.
