The unit came with a dent on the hood. We would like to have it replaced. Please let us know if that is possible. We look forward to getting started with our new griddle.

Loving the new blackstone. A bit disappointed with the side shelves. Brand new and had to spot weld the metal as the welds from factory were already broken. Amazing to cook on though.

Handle of hood gets too hot during use. Would need rubber grip on handle of hood like our 22” Blackstone On The Go with hood.
