Love using the blackstone for smash burgers, hibachi, and breakfast. There was more assembly than anticipated but it was still very easy

Long fan of cast iron cooking and did a crazy amount of research before going with Blackstone. The product is well manufactured. Design makes sense and materials are quality. You can tell what you are getting into when seasoning a griddle. Heat is well displaced. Loving the content from the Griddle Crew. Thank you Betty for the tip about the onions !
