After having cooked on a friend's Blackstone a few times I decided to do the dance at my own home. This is the same model and I really enjoy cooking on it. Kind of like a Japanese steak house in your back yard!

So happy to have this wonderful new cooktop!
Spent time seasoning it this evening, and I’m going to cook on it all Memorial Day Weekend.
