We had a gas grill up north, but bought a black stone for Florida! After using that, my hubs had to have one up

I have done two cooks so far on the Blackstone. So far it works great! I wish there was a little bit more even heat distribution. There is literally a difference of a hundred degrees from the left side to the right side. That’s the only reason this product doesn’t get five stars.

This thing is awesome. Built heavy duty and purposefully. Was torn between replacing my gas grill or getting this griddle. Very glad we bought this. I have used it every day since we’ve had it.
