Why does the 2nd thumb screw in the middle stabilizer rack not attach to anything?

It should thread into the stabilizing shelf. To help hold it up and in place.

Awesome Griddle with 1 Defect

Installation was a breeze but upon installing the handle for the hood, 1 screw on the right of handle would not lock/tighten in the hole. Its as if the threads inside of the handle were stripped or screw didn't have enough bite and just free spinned when installing. When taking it off hood and dry fitting without installing on hood, it would only bite down maybe 1/4" in. Trying to see if Blackstone will provide a new handle set currently.
Hooked up propane tank and fired her off and cooked a whole Habachi meal for the family. Worked flawlessly and cooked so evenly and FAST.
