Humming sound, issue with igniting multiple burners

Recently purchased the Blackstone and trying to set it up. We initially thought issue with propane tank - humming sound, so exchanged propane tank out twice however, realize it’s the burners we cannot have more than one burner on at same time.

The top of hood is bent. I don’t know if it’s supposed to look that way, but I would say it was easy putting it together.
