I love this thing but there are a few thing you cannot cook. I have been a charcoal guy for many years! But since getting my blackstone I would say. I use my backstone 95% of the time and charcoal grill 5% of the time.

Great griddle, but some issues with construction. Assembly was quick and relatively painless. Had to improvise immediately, though. The metal shield on the underside of the burner chamber had three of the four rivets missing/failed. I had stainless hardware that let me repair this, so no big deal. One of the burner adjustment knobs is broken; the orange indicator trim piece will not stay snapped in place; the retaining tab on the knob is broken.
I love cooking on it, though. Seasoning was a breeze and I’m having a blast working with learning a new cooking mode. I wish the construction was better considering the cost.

My Griddle came with a broken heat shield and a dented front panel. Not a big deal. The one star comes from me emailing support about it and not receiving any response for two weeks now. So I assume the griddle being broken is how it was supposed to be.

Love the griddle but reveived no knobs are screws so now going on almost a month before I can even use it. Spent the amount I did this is very disappointing
