Been holding off on buying a Blackstone, and have been cooking for years on all different types of apparatus.... This is like taking a GIANT cast iron skillet outdoors! All the benefit of cast iron with tons of real estate for food!

Great griddle!

We have a family of 7 and this is transforming how quickly I can get dinner done! 36" griddle work space allows me to cook multiple things at once. I'm able to do breakfast, fajitas, BLTs, etc it half the time and only cleaning one area instead of multiple pans.

Most of this grill seems pretty decent, sadly the legs and how they attach to the casters is extremely weak and disappointing for the money.
